We are currently seeking a talented After Sales Supervisor to join our team. As the After Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, team building and training management, service quality management and optimization, quality and technical claims management, customer relationship management, market analysis, pricing response, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead and manage the after-sales service team, ensuring that dealership service standard procedures align with Saudi regulations and headquarters' service standards. Additionally, you will address market quality and technical issues from dealership after-sales outlets, close major issues promptly, promote product improvements based on customer feedback, conduct competitive benchmarking for after-sales services in the Saudi market.
