Project Director – MEP

As the Project Director MEP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading all pre and post construction activities for tertiary MEP services in the 3D MMC assembly facility and across City Built Infrastructure in Neom. You will be responsible for developing detailed stakeholder management plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes project governance. Your expertise in managing complex MEP systems and installations will be crucial in coordinating project interfaces for Tertiary MEP systems across various work packages.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the pre and post construction phases of residential and non-residential assets MEP within City Built Infrastructure. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in developing MEP work package plans, providing input into design phases, and ensuring alignment with project deliverables. Additionally, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor project managers and engineers, oversee risk management processes, and ensure critical milestones are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate for this position holds an Engineering Degree with specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. You must have a minimum of 15 years of direct experience in consultancy and construction of mega-scale MEP projects, with at least 10 years of experience in design review, project management & consultancy work related to large MEP Projects.
