Operational Risk Senior Manager

SAB, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Operational Risk Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. At SAB, we are committed to excellence in risk management and ensuring the resilience of our operations. As the point of contact for Operational and Resilience Risk within the SABB Business and Functions, you will play a crucial role in managing transaction processing risks effectively.

In this role, you will support and drive in-country Resilience Risk initiatives while providing expert advice, guidance, and challenge to senior businesses and entity management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance processes such as Risk and Control Assessment, Top Risk Assessments, and Incident Management. Additionally, you will work on developing transaction processing risk awareness and promoting a strong risk management culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master's degree preferred) with around 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a relevant operational risk management role within the banking sector. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree is preferred. Around 10 years of experience with preferred 4 years in a relevant role. Prior experience in Banking Operation activities, products, processes and systems and operational risk management.
