We are currently seeking a passionate SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation to join our team.

As the HCM Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact HCM services throughout the customer life cycle. Your responsibilities will include leading a group of consultants during project execution, conducting design workshops with customers, analyzing business processes for optimization, and configuring systems to meet specific requirements. You will work closely with Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects while supporting Sales Colleagues in defining implementation strategies.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree along with proven project experience implementing Core HR Processes as a Lead Consultant or Architect. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and technical problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Additionally, certification and experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central is required, with knowledge of other SF modules being advantageous. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory due to the location of the role in KSA.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience within the Human Capital Management domain
• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud)
• Proven project experience of implementation of Core HR Processes in a lead consultant or architect role

• - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• - Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
• - Knowledge of SAP HCM products such as Fieldglass, Work Zone or Sales Performance Management is an advantage
