Director Architecture, KSA (Architecture, Design & Construction)

Hilton, a renowned name in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Director of Architecture for its EMEA Architecture, Design and Construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing design and architecture responsibilities related to development growth, specifically supporting stakeholders in the KSA region.

As the Director of Architecture KSA, your primary responsibilities will include providing architectural support to facilitate development growth in the KSA region. You will collaborate with owners, franchise operators, design consultants, and internal departments to advance architecture and design across all Hilton brands. Additionally, you will offer guidance to owner's architects in developing design proposals that meet brand requirements for potential new build projects. Your role will involve adding value to the design process by leveraging your hospitality design experience to ensure functional and efficient designs align with Hilton brand standards.

You will also be responsible for conducting project reviews at key stages of design development, offering architectural support during construction phases, and maintaining active knowledge about industry trends. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Architect with a proven background in hotel or hospitality design. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is essential for effective communication with stakeholders across multiple countries. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively within teams, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit are key requirements for this role.
