As an Operations Manager at Nouveaux Talents LLC FZ, you will be responsible for planning and executing all operational and logistical elements for conferences and exhibitions in collaboration with various teams within the organization. This includes working on technical aspects such as security, signage, feature areas, and conference setups. You will conduct feasibility studies for operational requirements, draft budgets for events, conduct site visits to ensure venue suitability, and manage onsite logistics like freight, traffic, and security.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations for allocated events, you will also assist in coordinating ad hoc projects like evening functions or press briefings by sourcing venues, negotiating entertainment options, managing AV & lighting arrangements, and overseeing F&B services. You will work closely with technology platforms like Monday.com, Smartsheet, and Excel to maintain project timelines effectively. Furthermore, you will analyze post-show operational delivery for conferences to identify areas for improvement and implement recommended efficiencies for future events. Collaboration with the wider operations team on shared tasks is also expected from this role.
