Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at AL REEF PROJECT LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of ductile iron piping systems with diameters of 1000mm and above for water projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure successful pipe installations by managing resources, schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and ADDC requirements. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing guidance on material specifications, welding techniques, fittings, and installation methods specific to ductile iron pipes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with large-diameter Ductile Iron Pipes within the UAE. A valid ADDC Competency Card is mandatory for this role. You should possess strong knowledge of ductile iron pipe systems, including design, installation, testing, pipe jointing techniques, corrosion protection methods, and mechanical integrity of large-diameter pipes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, communication skills, and team collaboration capabilities are also essential for success in this role.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience
