**Job Description:**
As a Resident Engineer - Mechanical, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical Engineering portfolio of the Power Substation project (400kV / 220kV / 132kV). This includes overseeing the technical, health, safety, and environmental (HSE), as well as financial performance of the projects during design and construction supervision for FPS, HVAC, MEP, Lifting Equipments, among others. Your role will involve site supervision/management of complex technical works for our client (TRANSCO) while effectively managing customer interfaces.

Key responsibilities include monitoring construction adherence to approved designs, reporting any non-conformance issues, planning and organizing engineering and construction inspection activities, as well as conducting closeout and verification of installed quantities. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations and standards will be crucial in this role.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE within Mechanical Engineering. A qualification in BE Mechanical Engineering is required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with organizations such as Transco, ADDC, DEWA or similar entities within the industry.
