Financial Controller

We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at our Dubai Hub. Reporting to the Group CFO also based in Dubai, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring finance excellence within the group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial controlling activities such as allocating revenue and cost bookings across markets, monitoring costs, collaborating on budget preparation with various teams, leading CAPEX project approvals, coordinating financial reporting processes, overseeing internal audits for compliance with IFRS/IAS standards, managing ERP data accuracy, and driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in financial controlling with an international scope preferably in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, reporting standards (IFRS/IAS), multi-entity financial processes management, proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite required), and finance certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) are highly desirable. Additionally, fluency in English is required with knowledge of French or Arabic being advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills along with proficiency in MS Office tools and other financial software.

• Minimum 7 years in financial controlling with international scope, preferably in an industrial and project business
• Extensive experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and IFRS/IAS compliance
