Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller at B&S Group, your responsibilities will include preparing weekly and monthly management reports for G&D and other segments, developing advanced financial models to support decision-making, handling month-end and year-end closings for specific locations and entities to ensure accuracy of financial records, providing financial analysis to aid business decisions, enforcing internal controls to safeguard assets, and fostering strong relationships with business partners. You will be expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with relevant certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred. A minimum of 4 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a similar role is required along with advanced knowledge of IFRS standards, financial regulations, risk management principles, ERP systems proficiency, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage).

• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance
• At least 3 years in a financial controller role or audit role
