You must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, processes, and controls as well as hands-on proficiency with Tally ERP and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, reporting capabilities, communication skills, and interpersonal aptitude are essential for success in this role.
