The Sales Director will play a crucial role in maintaining, growing, and developing client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets to drive overall business success. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales within the Events Industry, preferably with AVL or Agency experience. They should also possess an extensive network of contacts within the UAE, KSA, and wider Middle East market while demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities for this role include overall accountability for achieving sales targets, developing organizational sales strategies, securing new business through proactive outreach and proposals, managing existing client relationships effectively, providing timely sales reports as required, working towards securing long-term revenue opportunities and growth targets, enhancing the organization's portfolio strategically in line with growth objectives, and implementing key marketing activities to support sales efforts.

Essential requirements for this position include previous experience in the Events Industry in a similar capacity, detailed knowledge of the Middle East market landscape, an extensive network of contacts within the UAE and KSA. Preferred qualifications include candidates from an AVL or Agency background and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. General skills needed are strong sales acumen, relationship management abilities, leadership qualities, interpersonal skills communication proficiency negotiation capabilities presentation skills results-driven mindset collaborative spirit.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 35,000-40-000 (dependent on experience) along with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
