Senior Finance Manager (Head)

As the Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies to align with business objectives and foster sustainable growth. You will lead the budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team. Additionally, overseeing the preparation of timely financial reports such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts will be crucial. Ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and other financial laws is essential for this role. You will also be responsible for identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and profitability.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. A professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA is required. Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance specific to the UAE market is necessary. Experience in managing large budgets and driving cost-efficiency initiatives is highly valued. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in financial software tools like ERP systems and MS Excel is expected.
