As an Account Manager - Now Now, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with our top marketplace sellers within your portfolio. Your role will involve helping and training sellers to enhance their presence on the platform by increasing selection, expanding categories, and improving sales performance. You will work towards exceeding targets for selection, pricing, seller/brand acquisition, and seller performance metrics while monitoring competitors and market conditions to ensure our sellers outperform.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. While Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory, excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. You should possess great communication skills to provide constructive feedback when needed and have problem-solving capabilities to develop strategies that improve support quality. Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal & written), self-motivation to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong knowledge of MS Office tools are key requirements.
