Midis Group, a leading technology solutions provider in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. Specializing in Healthcare & Service Provider industries, we are dedicated to promoting MDS products/services related to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information, and Cyber Security. Our mission is to optimize sales volumes through well-defined strategies and partnerships with existing/potential partners while championing marketing programs.

As an Account Manager at Midis Group, your main duties and responsibilities will include defining and implementing the strategy and roadmap for the assigned products/services line in alignment with the management team. You will lead partner relations, develop relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory, and build a solid channel/customer database. Conducting market research supported by customer visits will allow you to specify market requirements for current and future products/services.

You will be responsible for executing the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit/payment performance, generating long-term revenue and profitability through sales efforts, delivering accurate sales forecasts and market development reports, overseeing targeted programs/marketing activities implementation, monitoring progress, raising recommendations as necessary, and promoting our company services within the Region.
