As the Head of Supply Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading a world-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function. This role encompasses various key objectives, including engaging effectively with market players relevant to NPCC business, ensuring supplier awareness and motivation to work with NPCC, monitoring supplier performance efficiently, and providing internal stakeholders with crucial supplier-related information.
Your primary accountabilities will involve managing the Supplier Relationship Management team to execute operational plans aligned with departmental objectives. You will communicate NPCC's objectives and business context to ensure alignment within the team. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, infrastructure development, and human resource allocation within the team to achieve objectives effectively while maintaining cost efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field along with at least 10 years of experience in Procurement/Subcontracts within the Energy industry. A minimum of 3 years in senior supervisory positions and 5 years in SRM is required. Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies, Quality Management practices, performance management techniques, and procedure development/improvement is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
