As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, developing financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes, analyzing business performance for cost optimization and revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards by preparing financial statements.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis within an FMCG or similar environment. You should have strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros), and experience with ERP/financial systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly are essential for success in this role.
