Cluster Director of Finance

As the Cluster DOF, you will be at the forefront of our hotels' financial strategy. You will be responsible for managing the financial health of Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City & Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City. Your role will involve coordinating with our regional finance team, corporate finance team, hotel management, and owners to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial goals.

In this senior executive position, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in compliance with the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI). Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the hotel's objectives.
