Accounts / Finance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts / Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts / Finance Manager at our school, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, compliance and audit, cash flow management, cost control, efficiency, financial strategy development, decision support, team leadership, and grant/fund management.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess in-depth knowledge of financial regulations within the education industry. They must demonstrate strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams are also key requirements for this position.

Candidates applying for the role of Accounts / Finance Manager should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Professional certification such as CPA or CMA would be considered a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role is required for this position, with preference given to candidates with experience in the education sector.
