As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with UAE tax regulations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable processes, and financial reconciliations. You will play a crucial role in tracking financial key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales metrics, margins analysis, and operating costs management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in financial management within the retail industry.
Key responsibilities of this role include developing financial strategies that support our business objectives and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of IFRS standards, budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial modeling techniques to succeed in this position.
