As a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition at Chalhoub Group, you will play a vital role in partnering with various business areas to fill vacant roles with top talent efficiently. Your responsibilities will include reviewing CVs to assess candidates' qualifications against position requirements, proactively sourcing potential candidates for current and future roles, and implementing recruitment activities under supervision. By working diligently to address business areas' staffing needs in a timely manner and following the recruiting plan for each position diligently, you will contribute significantly to our talent acquisition efforts.
