As a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition at Chalhoub Group, you will play a vital role in partnering with various business areas to fill vacant roles with top talent efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that applicants have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, following up promptly, and providing feedback where necessary. By adhering to our Talent Acquisition policies and processes, you will contribute to maintaining consistency and control in your work.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on best practices in the selection process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing CVs to assess candidates' qualifications against position requirements, proactively sourcing potential candidates for current and future roles, and implementing recruitment activities under supervision. By working diligently to address business areas' staffing needs in a timely manner and following the recruiting plan for each position diligently, you will contribute significantly to our talent acquisition efforts.
