This includes conducting call verifications and field visits with retail & SME customers to ensure adherence to the bank's standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will process disbursements for credit facilities, set up credit limits for SME customers, monitor client compliance with facility terms, and manage collaterals registration as necessary.

Furthermore, your role will involve maintaining an updated repository of security documents, renewing securities and insurance policies associated with facilities in a timely manner, conducting risk grading updates for clients aligning with regulatory frameworks, coordinating with various departments to resolve documentation or compliance issues, optimizing credit administration workflows through process enhancements and exploring AI/ML based solutions for operational efficiency.
