The Treasury Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing global treasury operations at Julphar. This role involves optimizing cash flow across international markets to ensure efficient working capital for production and distribution. The successful candidate will monitor multi-currency accounts, forecast liquidity needs, and implement strategies to minimize transaction costs while maximizing interest income. Additionally, the Treasury Senior Manager will develop hedging strategies for FX, interest rate, and commodity price risks, manage relationships with banks for trade finance solutions, evaluate investment opportunities, ensure compliance with regulations and financial standards, utilize treasury management systems for automation processes, and lead a team of treasury professionals.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (MBA/CFA/CPA/CTP preferred), 10-15 years of experience in treasury (with 3+ years in a senior role), expertise in FX risk management, cash management, trade finance, and TMS/ERP systems. Knowledge of GCC banking practices, tax treaties, export incentives, fluency in English and Arabic are also required.
