As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Financial Analyst to join our vibrant finance team. In this role, you will be tasked with scrutinizing financial data, crafting financial forecasts, and offering strategic insights to bolster the growth and financial stability of our consumer lending enterprise. Your responsibilities will encompass pivotal aspects such as budgeting, financial planning, pinpointing opportunities for financial enhancement, and mitigating risks within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to discern trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Aid in formulating annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts while analyzing variances and suggesting corrective measures when necessary.
- Evaluate investment prospects through cost-benefit analyses and make recommendations that align with the company's growth strategies.
- Identify potential financial risks and opportunities while contributing to the formulation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to keep management abreast of the company's fiscal standing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial standards while upholding the company's financial integrity.
- Continuously strive to enhance financial analysis processes by leveraging technology for improved efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis within consumer lending or financial services sector.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills along with knowledge of financial software.
- Strong grasp of financial statements, modeling techniques & investment analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with attention to detail & accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling clear presentation of complex information.
Preferred Skills:
- CPA/CFA certification advantageous
- Experience with data analysis tools & ERP systems
- Familiarity with consumer lending industry & regulatory environment
