As a Senior WBN Manager at Wall Street Exchange, you will play a crucial role in managing the wholesale Bank Notes Department and remittance settlements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the dealing team to support transactional duties, ensuring timely execution of orders while adhering to regulatory policies, monitoring MIS for WBN, providing competitive rates and services to corporate departments and customers, managing currency demands in the local market effectively, and maximizing profitability for the department.
In addition to service delivery and financial management tasks, you will be expected to focus on process optimization and operations support. This involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling to wholesale clients, updating systems with current deals and rates adequately, completing deals and settlements promptly. Customer focus is paramount in this role as you assist in developing an understanding of customer needs for Treasury products, maintaining positive relationships with customers through quick responses to requests or inquiries while ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering policies.
To excel in this position, you must demonstrate proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters & FX platforms along with strong numerical skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. A Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields is required along with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in an active dealing environment or related area involving people management. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; multilingual abilities are preferred.
