Engineering Manager (Delta V experience

The Engineering Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading technical aspects of the manufacturing site. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production equipment and utility systems, process technology, and plant operating practices. Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, optimizing processes, troubleshooting Delta V process control systems, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering), a minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Delta V.

As the Champion of continuous improvement at our site, the Engineering Technical Manager will work closely with various teams including R&D, Recipe Industrialization Engineer, Pilot Plant, and plant operations to drive new product development from pilot to full production. Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining production procedures (BOPs), supporting shutdown planning activities, monitoring production efficiency and capacity utilization trends, driving OpEx and CAPEX projects for continuous improvement, supporting HES policy compliance including safety or environmental incident investigation closure, reporting quality KPIs for ongoing improvement initiatives.

• At least 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
