As we embark on a pre-opening project for a Mediterranean Cuisine Brasserie, we are seeking a Restaurant General Manager who will lead our team to success.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement strategies, overseeing the guest experience quality, managing financial metrics, stakeholder management, staff training programs, recruitment efforts, inventory control, menu design collaboration with culinary teams, operational needs fulfillment, among other duties. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine along with strong leadership skills, strategic acumen, communication abilities, organizational proficiency, hygiene knowledge for restaurant operations, and flexibility in working hours.
