Role: Mandarin / Chinese Speaking Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Our client is a Forex Broker with offices in Dubai & Asia and regulatory licences in the UAE and Australia. They are expanding quickly and now require an experienced CFO. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will have day-to-day impact and responsibility for the Group's financial operations and reporting responsibilities to regulators and federal tax authorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, ensure contract/grant compliance, and reporting
- Research revenue opportunities, analyze internal operations, identify areas for cost & process enhancement
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, prepare detailed reports for earnings calls
- Manage finance personnel, oversee financial IT systems, ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities
