The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of an S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics from either a State University or Private University with A Accreditation. Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), Project Management, and Risk Management. Knowledge related to Capital Market and Money Market Products, Good Corporate Governance, and Capital Market Regulation is essential. Professional IT certifications such as COBIT, TOGAF, PMP are considered advantageous.

In terms of general requirements, candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 (State University) or 3.30 (Private University). Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English are necessary for effective collaboration within the team. Analytical thinking skills are crucial for problem-solving tasks that may arise in this role. Proficiency in using Ms. Office applications is expected for daily operations. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while independently identifying problems and finding solutions is highly valued.
