As the Commercial Finance Management Associate Director, you will play a crucial role within the account leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main commercial point of contact for both internal stakeholders at Accenture and senior commercial leadership at the client's organization. This includes engaging with Market Unit Directors of Operations, Market Unit CFOs, Client Group leadership, and other Finance executives. You will oversee all commercial aspects of Accenture's relationship with the client and subcontractors, managing negotiations and resolving any commercial issues that may arise.
In addition to your external interactions, you will also lead the internal commercial team that supports the account team. This involves building, integrating, and managing a diverse group of professionals from finance/tax, contract management/legal, HR, and commercial operations. By serving as the primary relationship interface for both internal and external commercial functions, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different departments. Your role will be pivotal in driving successful outcomes for our clients while upholding Accenture's high standards of professionalism and integrity.
