We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director who will be instrumental in shaping ASMO's strategic growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will drive market expansion efforts, foster robust customer relationships, and align business development initiatives with corporate strategies. This role requires a proactive individual capable of closing contracts independently while positioning ASMO as an industry leader in procurement and supply chain services.

As a Business Development Director at ASMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic plans that align with the company's overall objectives. You will identify new business opportunities, create annual business plans to meet financial targets, report on progress, collaborate with key stakeholders like the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), lead strategies for net growth and profitability, conduct market research to uncover trends and needs within target sectors, develop compelling proposals, oversee departmental performance optimization initiatives, mentor a high-performing team, among other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields (Master's preferred), possess over 13 years of experience in business development roles (with at least 7 years in leadership positions), demonstrate expertise in driving revenue growth through deal closures, exhibit strong relationship management skills coupled with financial acumen. Additionally, candidates should showcase strategic thinking abilities along with proficiency in English communication skills.
