Technology Manager

CATRION, a leading company in the Saudi Arabian market, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Manager at CATRION, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our UCAS ERP system, providing automation solutions for various business areas, and ensuring seamless integration with external applications like AIRVISION.

Your primary responsibilities will include shifting our systems from MIS status to KPI and dashboard reporting for top management decision-making processes. You will be responsible for designing backup and recovery strategies, ensuring the availability and efficiency of the UCAS ERP system, and providing accurate information to top management in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to analyze business requirements thoroughly to select the best solutions for other CATRION business units while maintaining all applications, websites, and mobile apps.

As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with preparing departmental budgets and forecasts based on realistic assumptions, monitoring results closely. You will also oversee staff performance, schedules, training programs, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Furthermore, you will be expected to evaluate existing procedures regularly and recommend improvements to increase productivity within the department.
