We are currently looking for a Director – Deals Advisory to be based in Riyadh.
As the Director – Deals Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our corporate finance advisory services. Your focus will be on capital markets, strategy, M&A, feasibility studies, valuations, due diligence, and transaction advisory. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within the corporate finance advisory space. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers while assisting in the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
In this role, you will oversee the execution of various projects including feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence engagements, and other corporate finance advisory services. You will provide strategic insights to clients to help them achieve their business objectives while ensuring the highest standards of quality in all deliverables. Furthermore, you will lead deal advisory mandates on both buy & sell sides from initial pitch to successful closing. Your responsibilities also include proactively identifying new deal opportunities through networking efforts and maintaining strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics along with professional certifications such as ACCA or CFA. You should have at least 10 years of experience in corporate finance advisory with a focus on deal advisory/transactions. Strong leadership skills gained from consulting or investment banking environments are essential for this role. Proficiency in financial modeling tools like Microsoft Office is required along with excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
