Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Recruitment Department to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and deliver high-quality talent to the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with a proven track record of managing recruitment processes effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel is preferred. A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively about workforce planning are key qualities for success in this role.
