Finance Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in an in-house Finance department of a Big4 accounting firm or similar setting. They should possess the ability to independently oversee finance operations and lead teams effectively. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting principles and local regulations, managing financial budgets and forecasts, implementing ERP systems for process optimization, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with CMA certification or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is required, preferably with Big4 accounting firm exposure. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, banking operations, and KSA taxation rules is essential. Excellent analytical skills, leadership qualities, communication abilities are crucial for this role.
