As the Finance Manager at Farz MRF, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for developing and managing the annual budget, analyzing financial performance, preparing accurate financial statements, and monitoring cash flow to optimize working capital. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them while collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

To excel in this role, you must be ICWA/CMA fully qualified with proven experience in finance management or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is essential. Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial software such as Oracle are required.
