TAM is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finance teams, implementing ERP systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. They should also have strong knowledge of general taxation rules in KSA. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting principles and local regulations, leading a team of finance professionals, developing financial budgets and plans to support strategic objectives, providing financial analysis to support decision-making, maintaining relationships with banking institutions, and supporting audits.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with CMA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with in-house experience in a Big4 accounting firm or similar background
