We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to become an integral part of our HR team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in attracting, evaluating, and recruiting top talent to support our educational objectives. As a Recruitment Specialist at Waad Education Company, you will oversee the complete recruitment process - from posting job vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other talent pools, you will proactively source potential candidates to meet our growing talent needs. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Maintaining precise recruitment records and generating reports to monitor hiring metrics will also be part of your key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree along with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication within our diverse work environment.
