Ensure financial management across all financial records. This will include managing financial accounting, month-end close, intermediate period and year-end close, controlling various finance and accounting systems, and fully cooperating with the business to prepare plans, budgets, forecasts, reports and analyze monthly variances.
Key Job Requirements:
- >7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge in real estate financing, analysis and valuation
- Deep understanding of IFRS and related standards
- Deep understanding and experience of UAE VAT standards/regulations
- Experience in analytical reports
- >7 years of practical experience in enterprise resource planning software (Microsoft Dynamics)
- >7 years of experience in managing a team of accountants
