The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our residential marketing efforts in the UAE and Middle East. Based in Dubai, this pivotal role encompasses strategic management and team leadership, demanding a deep understanding of both brokerage market dynamics and development project sales within the real estate industry.
This role will provide vital support to the Head of Residential Agency as he expands our presence across all UAE markets with regards Residential Brokerage (Sales & Leasing), Exclusive Project Sales, Offplan Sales and International Sales. The role requires management and coordination of all marketing disciplines, with a requirement to build and manage an internal team and also collaborate with regional and global colleagues.
The Savills residential business in the Middle East has ambitious plans to build scale and momentum during 2024 and beyond. Your involvement will be a vital part of how we will win market share and deliver an excellent client experience. Setting the strategic direction, working at a fast pace, ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction, and delivering tangible results in terms brand visibility, lead generation and sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the residential brokerage business across the UAE initially and then the wider Middle East region.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize industry knowledge to identify market trends, assess competition, and drive innovative marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and developers, to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling collateral, digital content, and advertising materials to promote residential properties.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing strategies.
- Budgetary management of all activity across the UAE and on behalf of clients for strategic project launches and campaigns.

- Real Estate Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of both brokerage market dynamics and development project sales in the UAE.

Qualifications:
Degree educated with a minimum of 8 years relevant Marketing experience in a related role/industry.
