Job Title: Investment Director

About the Company:
Our client, a leading real estate asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Investment Director to join their dynamic team. With over 6Bn USD in AuM, the firm focuses on investing in industrial/logistics, living, and healthcare real estate assets across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the investment strategy and execution for the firm's real estate portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage new investment opportunities in industrial, logistics, living, and healthcare sectors.
- Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry professionals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and propose strategic improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in the GCC region.
- Proven track record in real estate investment, preferably with exposure to industrial, logistics, living, and healthcare real estate assets.
- Prior experience in Europe or North America is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
