This role is pivotal in overseeing financial analysis across market segments and product lines within the retail and FMCG industry. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for developing robust reporting and commercial control capabilities while providing strategic support to the business through analytical-based reports to drive performance metrics, business development, and competitive/market analysis.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a professionally qualified accounting and finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) with 8 to 10 years of post-qualified experience in corporate FP&A functions. They should have a proven track record in complex multi-tiered business lines across regional/international markets, particularly in the UAE and GCC regions with knowledge of FMCG or supply chain operations. Advanced Excel skills are essential for financial analysis and modeling purposes. The successful candidate must also have experience supporting senior reporting lines within finance, operations, and sales departments.
