Senior Project Manager

Our client, a renowned joinery company based in the U.A.E with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing high-performance Fire and Acoustic wooden doors, is expanding its operations into Interior Design & Contracting for premium single-unit projects. With a strong brand presence in the construction industry, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager to lead our newly established Fit-out division. As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage Interior Fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, resources, and budget; acting as the main contact point for clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates; monitoring project progress and quality through site inspections; identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery; managing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely material delivery; maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in reputed Interior Fit-out firms. Proficiency in AutoCad is essential along with strong project management skills using tools like MSP & Primavera 6. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, problem-solving skills, and a valid UAE Driving License are also required.
