Business Finance Partner

Our company, a leading IT and technology firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Business Finance Partner to join our team. As a Business Finance Partner, you will take complete responsibility for the finance function within the company. Your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems and processes. You will be in charge of credit management for B2B clients, P&L creation and management, commercial management, cash flow management, suppliers/vendors/inventory management, as well as overseeing basic accounting procedures such as A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments, and inventory control.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for monitoring assets/liabilities records (balance sheet), acting as a liaison with auditors for annual financial audits, preparing financial statements including month-end closing activities and journal entries. You will communicate with customers regarding past due invoices and provide regular updates to management. Furthermore, you will ensure all active projects have valid contracts in place and perform analysis of operations on a monthly basis.
