As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

The HR Executive will be responsible for various recruitment activities such as analyzing job requirements, screening applications, and conducting interviews. They will oversee all staffing needs across internal business units, ensuring that selection practices align with organizational requirements and culture. Additionally, the successful candidate will update and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE regulations and have knowledge of Jafza rules and UAE laws.

In this role, the HR Executive will handle tasks related to payroll preparation, WPS processes, visa processing (including new employment visas and foreign visas for business trips), budget preparation & forecasting, medical insurance & travel insurance processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office tools like Pivot table and HRMS packages. Experience with UAE laws and regulations will be an added advantage for this position.
