Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the Director of Food and beverage will manage and drive all aspects of the F&B Operations for 7 operations including Banquets. He/she maintains a consistent presence within the operations and will have a sharp eye for detail in order to maintain and implement service excellence processes. He/she will ensure that the strategy and vision set for the department are followed and that memorable service is always delivered. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: Similar experience in a lifestyle hotel and/or resort with multiple F&B venues Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field Experience in large-volume F&B operations Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to lead a large team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
