Senior Accountant

As part of Damen Global Support, our shared services center supports various divisions within the group in areas such as Finance, Audit, Legal, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a Semi-Qualified auditor with at least 2 years of experience in UAE ADGM companies. As a Senior Accountant within our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in preparing internal and external financial reports, conducting cash flow planning, creating budgets, and performing various financial analyses. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Group Finance team, you will be responsible for monthly closing of accounts, preparation of financial statements, managing external and internal audits of the entity, and collaborating on internal audit processes.

Key responsibilities for this position include ensuring accurate monthly closing of accounts and timely preparation of financial statements. You will also be responsible for coordinating external and internal audits of the entity while working closely with our Finance Manager and Group Finance team to support overall financial operations. Additionally, having knowledge of conducting internal audits will be crucial in this role to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
