The specialist will utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, to identify potential candidates. Additionally, they will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The specialist will also ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
