We are currently seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee relationships with our most important clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and meeting key customer requirements while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop trust relationships with major clients, understand their needs, propose solutions that align with their objectives, ensure timely delivery of products and services, act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to generating new sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Key Account Manager with a background in sales and providing customer-focused solutions. Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels, excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, negotiation skills, and a BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field are required for this role. You will also be responsible for preparing regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
