We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for an exciting "Oracle ERP Rollout & Finance" project with our client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance settings. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management processes, including at least two Oracle ERP implementation and/or rollout projects. Your strong functional and technical background, especially with Oracle ERP and other Finance systems, will be essential in driving the success of this project.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and organizational capabilities. You should have hands-on experience managing teams as a Scrum Master and be well-versed in scrum and agile principles. Additionally, holding certifications such as PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is mandatory for this position. Your exceptional client-facing communication skills and proven experience in senior stakeholder management up to C Level will be crucial in ensuring effective collaboration within the team.

• Min 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance
